There is a cardio room with free weights, five treadmills, three elliptical machines, three recumbent bicycles, two Stairmasters and a step mill. The center offers showers, saunas and lockers. Women & Couples are welcome. High school students welcome with parent release. Minimum age requirement is 12 years old.

Jerry Homer owns eight world records in powerlifting in events such as bench pressing and curls. He has been a first place finisher in his age class in Mr. USA and Mr. Universe body building competition. "All natural," he will tell you. "No steroids." He still competes in Phoenix, Las Vegas and Southern California.
